- Local Clients: Call our office or book online for a live scan appointment.
- Out-of-Area Clients: Visit a local law enforcement agency to complete your fingerprinting on an FD-258 fingerprint card. Mail your card(s) to our office for processing. We recommend using thick paper and a rigid envelope to avoid damage during transit.
Send the following to ROCA Authentications LLC:
- One or two FD-258 fingerprint cards (two sets reduce processing delays if one set is rejected)
- Completed order form
- Clear copy of your government-issued photo ID
- Online payment confirmation via rocadc.com/fees
- $90 per FBI background check (PDF results delivered via email)
- Optional hard copy mailing is available for an additional fee
Once received, download and save the official PDF copy for your records.
